The world’s first DC 1500V DC
Bi-directional high-voltage relay development

EVHB500 Relay, developed with the company’s proprietary technology is a relay that can block DC1500V 400A regardless of current direction.

Directions of current will be contrary when the battery in the Energy storage system is charged or discharged.
This is the world’s first DC 1500VDC bi-directional EV Relay
that can block safely without any accident even when the
direction of current flowing in main contact changes.

Development of EV Latch Relay

EV Latch Relay maintains its ON and OFF statuses with the power of a permanent magnet. It is a new-concept EV relay where power is not consumed in coils.

This is a highly reliable product that does not generate a problem due to oscillation, shock and heat.

EV Characteristics of Latch Relay

01EV Latch Relay can save energy as its coils consume
power only for 30ms while turned ON and OFF.

02Coils do not consume power at all times and prevent
breakdowns out of heat generation.

03There will be no erroneous operation in an environment
where power and voltage are unstable.

04Even when power is continually approved in coils,
economizer will let current flow only for 30ms
when turned ON/OFF and coils will block current afterwards.
